If the requested coordination is confirmed as feasible, you will receive the exact service scope, payment terms and applicable conditions in writing. The one-time €199 Coordination & Journey Management Fee is charged only if you decide to continue with detailed coordination.
The €199 fee covers 360Clin’s non-clinical coordination and journey-management services. It does not include treatment, flights, accommodation, transfers, medical tests, medicines, insurance, visa costs or other third-party expenses.
